Running today 64 degrees. I look pretty red and sweaty but I'm smiling now because I am not running. Went on the parkway and then up into my neighborhood to do a couple of hills. Just put in 3 miles today. But since today is just for time that qualifies me for the long run on Saturday of 18 miles. So far 100% on 3 runs a week in my marathon training schedule. Mile1 11:46 Mile2 12:56 Mile3 12:39.
