Remember to Run

Almost forgot to run! Was just getting ready to do some bills, etc. and had just finished a nice dinner. Then ahhhh! I still have to run. So off to get ready, in the taper today was a 20-35 minute run - I think this run will work. Was about 54 degrees so I decided to wear long tights and long sleeve tech shirt. I got a little warm but it was only 3 miles.
