Marathon Pace Plan by Cyndie

Estimated Finish Time (EFT) 6 hours or under.


"If you keep a 13:44 for all 26 miles you will finish in the 6 hours. I think if you keep a 12:10 for the first 6 miles then move down to a 13:44 for the next 15 miles. You can have your last 5 miles in the 14 minute mile pace."
